    William U from support instructed me to post here and state that I pre-ordered Gears 4 on October 6th, 2016 and have not yet received my $10 promotional store credit OR the codes for the previous Gears of War games.

    I Haven't Received Quantum Break Pre-Order Bonuses

    I pre-ordered Quantum Break on April 4th on Xbox One but I haven't received any of my pre-order bonuses. I contacted Microsoft support and they told me that I would receive my codes on the 15th. I received my Gears of War 4 beta code today but I still haven't
    received any of my Quantum Break pre-order bonuses.

    the codes come in waves since you were pretty late in preorder int it like the last min you are probably a ways in the queue

    Last post I saw from support it can take up to a month now my guess they are backloged like last year during the gears ultimate promo

    They only generate so many. And send out in waves to prevent large queues of.the same.game like.

    Codes for this specific promotion are not sent within 7-10 days, however pre-order customers can expect to receive their codes closer to the release of Gears of War 4. You can find this information over at the official

    I also pre-ordered Quantum Break and haven't received any code of the promotional items (Alan Wake, etc.) only for the Quantum Break itself. Please help. Been through this several times now. With Gears of War, Fallout 4 etc. Getting a little annoying chasing

    I was actually sent here from the fact that I didn't receive these codes from my purchase of the 'Ultimate Edition' of Gears of War.
