I haven't received my Battlefield 1 pre-order $10 gift card as promised

Hi there! Your support people asked me to post here (see their chat post below) as I haven't received my Battlefield 1 pre-order $10 gift card. Purchased made on Oct 20th. No email from Microsoft store after that.

Could I please get the promised code?

You would need to contact customer support for microsoftstore.com since that offer is through them. Keep in mind that if you are a Rewards member, you would have received 15,000 credits instead of the $10 gift code.

 

Could you please give their online contact details? I have already have accessed customer service through microsoftstore.com earlier. See the microsoft customer rep's reply above. So you are the second microsoft representative bouncing paying customer around.

I do not work for Microsoft, but I do know that promotions is run through that store and support here cannot assist with that offer. They can only assist with promotions that are run directly through Xbox.
