I haven't received my 5 draft token codes for fifa 17

Thanks for posting! These draft tokens were not sent out as codes via Xbox Live. These draft tokens are delivered once a week, so if you have already redeemed 1 token, you will need to wait each week to receive any additional tokens. If you haven't already,
be sure to verify you have installed the '5 FUT Draft Tokens' pack by highlighting the FIFA 17 tile, pressing the Menu button to select 'Manage game', and then check the 'Ready to install' section.

Keep in mind if this was purchased on a different account and are sharing with the original purchaser, you may not have access to this content.

EA's Edition information for FIFA 17, you received exactly what you should have on the first sign in. You will want to sign in to FUT each week for 4 weeks to get your weekly draft token. You would only receive the FUT Kit if you pre-ordered, based on the
same article.
