    Hello there, I contacted someone from the support team the other week about a £10 gift voucher I should have received within 7-10 days for my pre order for watch dogs 2 gold edition but it's been that amount of time and I still haven't received it yet I haven't received my £10 for my pre order of watchdogs 2 and it has been 10 days :(

    Red Dead Redemption 2 GTA Online cash code never received

    I purchased Red Dead Redemption 2 Ultimate Edition and was supposed to receive a code for $2,000,000 for Grand Theft Auto Online within 7-10 days of pre-order to my xbox message center. It has been over 10 days and I still haven’t received the code.

    You would need to contact support for microsoftstore.com since that offer is through them.
