I haven't received FIFA points I redeemed on the Microsoft website

First, make sure that the FIFA points were successfully redeemed under the correct account and that it's for the correct FIFA version. Kindly follow the steps below:

Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing > Order History.

Please check if it's showing there and if it's stated as "completed" or "redeemed". Once confirmed, for cases like this what we initially need to do is quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

When you redeem Microsoft Rewards points, the reward is sent via email in the form of a redeemable code. Have you checked to see if you received it?

If you haven't received anything via email, check to see if the points redemption appears in your history on this website:

There you should see a button to resend the content.

Yeah I just saw this. I haven't received my email with the code yet and nothing on the rewards website to redeem

I redeemed the code through Microsoft store on my Xbox so surely it wouldn’t make a difference

I have also checked both versions of my fifa and there is no fifa points on either one
