I haven't received any rewards points for well over a year

Discus and support I haven't received any rewards points for well over a year in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I used to receive reward points, but its been well over a year since I last received any, I still receive the email update each month but nothing ever...     I haven't received any rewards points for well over a year


    I used to receive reward points, but its been well over a year since I last received any, I still receive the email update each month but nothing ever gets added, I renew my Gold subscription every month and also have purchased numerous digital games but
    I never receive the points. Can any one help ?

    Havent gotten any rewards points

    Hi Xbox Rewards Team, Im here because over the past year i haven't gotten any rewards from buying things over the xbox store and for renewing my gold membership. I've spent over $200 USD and haven't gotten any rewards points, the only points I've received
    are from the surveys that Ive have done

    Not receiving rewards points for pre ordering games

    I’ve preordered games digitally for over a year now and I haven’t received any reward points for it at all

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
    program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
    get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    You'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum in order for support to check. Keep in mind that as of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold. In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible
    for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. If you can list any specific offers you're looking for credits from, that will also help support check.

    MyVIP had a recalibration for the last few years. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This
    happened in September 2015 and December 2016. We did not recalibrate this year (December 2017). Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).
