    I haven't received any of my preorder codes for Quantum Break I preordered on xbox one, which included windows 10 game version and xbox 360 AW and AWN.

    ChinaTiny sorry to inform you but no one will be receiving Alan Wake codes. But thank you for your purchase of Quantum Break! Sorry but that is how these guys feel. Waiting for my codes too.

    Just got my alan wake code like an hour ago so they must be working things out over there. still waiting on the signal and writer dlc but happy to see movement. Guys just be cool its coming, and to whoever helped a big thanks!

    Okay guys just went to the xbox store though the alan wake menu to purchase the signal and the writer dlc and it is free so I have received everything I was supposed to get hope everybody else does to. Thank you microsoft support team!!!

    Xbox Support are aware of this issue, and have posted an update here:
    forums.xbox.com/.../2152556.aspx    .

    Basically, there was an issue which has been identified, and is currently in the process of being rectified.

    Still have not received a Windows 10 Code for Pre-ordering Quantum Break on Xbox One

    I also preordered the digital version of Quantum Break through my Xbox One and I still haven't received any of the preorder bonuses promised, including a code for the Windows 10 version of Quantum Break. I contacted support and was told to post here about
    it and was not given any kind of resolution for my problem. From what I can tell, the codes were supposed to be sent out starting in early April and it's been three weeks and still nothing.
