i haven't received any credits for my xboxlive rewards

hi i noticed i haven't been accumulating credit points for doing the task. i have been renewing gold an buying games but i have yet to get any points its been saying 0-1,000 for the past 5 months maybe more.

i haven't received any of my Xbox rewards credits in awhile i have 30,100 credits and I have my 5,000 credit meter capped out and im still receiving credits and not getting anything in my wallet for months

What happened to my vip status?

I also haven't received any credits for anything else. Last date of rewards deposit was 01/28/2015

As of July 1st, 2014 we are no longer rewarded for renewing Xbox Live Gold. As for your purchases, which promotion are you looking for credits for? Not all purchases will qualify for rewards, and some purchases only qualify for specific rewards (such as
MyVip or a Monthly Mission). We are not rewarded for MyVip purchases until you reach the minimum spending threshold for your region an earn 1 star. Once you earn 1 star many purchases of launched games, tv shows, movies, or DLC will increase that total. Keep
in mind pre-orders, in-game consumables, physical disc or hardware purchases, and subscriptions do NOT qualify for MyVip. For the monthly missions, those will outline specific purchases that are needed in order to earn rewards.

A member of the staff will be able to review your account in detail and let you know if there are any issues. The staff works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply to threads. They do not work weekends and they
reply oldest to newest.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the
year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get
payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

If you preordered digitally on or after October 1, the purchase would have counted towards your Games on Demand punch card and you would need to make 2 other eligible purchases in order to complete that offer and receive credits. There have not been any
offers just for that game.
