    Are you part of the Xbox Insiders? May be one of the causes of the problem, I haven't received any updates in recent days, and I'm not part of the Insiders anymore

    Please check in which Ring your are in Xbox Insider, because only the Alpha and Beta ring have received updates. Ring 3 and 4 haven't received an update yet.

    If the console in question is in the Insider Program and has not received the update yet you may have to manually check for the update.
