Discus and support I haven't received a single point since 2009 and can't log in to my Rewards Account in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Please help as per my title.     Am I ever gonna get my rewards? I haven't received a single reward point since I joined in JanuaryJanuary 2016. I just completed another mission last week and STILL haven't got my rewards. U better make good soon, or im sure an attorney will.

    I've been a member of xbox live rewards since 2013 and I haven't received points since 2014 and my account only has 3000 points when I should have way more deposited into my account since I have over 100,000 gamers ore and I have purchased many games since
    then. How do I het my rewards points back since I should have a lot of reward money to spend on my account by now?

    Gamertags that haven't been logged into for 5 years get removed from the service. If you haven't logged in to this account since 2009, it probably doesn't exist anymore.

    As already stated, you would need to contact Microsoft Rewards customer support. They do not use the forums and will not respond to you here.
