I have played minecraft java on a different computer (computer 1) some time ago with my microsoft account, so I know for sure that I have purchased minecraft before.

While downloading minecraft on my new computer (computer 2), I logged into my microsoft account to install the launcher. Within that process, the website prompted me to create a new username. I didn't think that much of it, but now I can no longer access the game without purchasing it again.

So i tried logging into minecraft on computer 1. It had saved my login from before but I cannot login and it said something along the lines of "something went wrong during the login process." I logged in manually with the microsoft account option, but somehow it created two different minecraft accounts with different usernames.

They are both microsoft accounts with the same email, but I can only access the most active one that doesn't have any purchase history of minecraft. I don't want to purchase minecraft again. How do I fix this?

When i tried to log into my xbox account (for minecraft pc) it said it didnt exist when i tried to log into an account today it just created another account for me that dosen't own minecraft im starting to think i lost the game completly i have proof of buying it etc

But i can sing-in, it just shows my xbox game pass minecraft account. But when i logged in with the my email before i changed my primary email to a different one, i couldn't log in, and when i tried to change the password thinking i forgot my password, i didn't recieve a change password email.

And when i tried to login through microsoft in the minecraft.net, it logged in to an account with a similar nickname of my previous account, but it got added random numbers at the end, and when i checked if i have minecraft i didn't have it.

I don’t think it has to do with that. When I log into the Minecraft website it says that I have Minecraft purchased, it won’t let me log in with this account into the Minecraft launcher. Whenever I click log in with Microsoft or I click on my account to log in, it says that there was an issue while logging in.

incorrect, i do this for my kids all the time

1. log into the kids account on the pc.

2. open the store and log out of the windows 10 store and log into it with your account.

3. go to download history and download minecraft (if already installed on the main profile this will be near enough instant.)

4. once done log out of the windows store and log out of windows, log back in to the kids account and he can then play minecraft all he wants.

I have 5 kids and they all use my minecraft purchase on their pcs with their own accounts. as long as they are a part of your microsoft family all is good.
