I havent had Reward points for over a year

Hi

I was told to use this page for help In Regards to XBL Rewards, I signed up to the program around 2012 but after a couple months i stopped accumulating reward points, and since i am buying things from the XBL Dashboard on a Weekly basis i feel as though
i am missing out on so much just last week i spent £145 on the market place on games and haven't received a single reward point! i haven't had any points in over a Year! I would very much like to be refunded the reward points i am owed! and my account sorted
out! i have been With XBL now for 6 years and am a hardcore fan of all Microsoft Products Especially my XBOX PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME.

Cant get rewards points deposited!?

I havent had rewards point deposited in a very long time. Maybe over a year? please help me!

i havent recieved my rewards points for the last few months also just brought the beging of the month titanfall 2 and battlefield 1 deluxe edition bundle set for the 6000 rewards points and i havent recieved them and also been buying stuff on the dash board
for the last year and been doing surveys and havent had the reward points from that neither wats going one

Hello Bainesy 117,

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you were a zero star member, you did not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Since you have recently attained your first star, you should start expecting payback on your purchases. However, as stated in our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least
1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. There are no offers to receive credits based on gamerscore.

Hello Mr Hairs,

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you
to update your information is a symptom of this error, and adjusting your information will, in most cases, not resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.
