    "It usually takes an average of 3 to 5 business days for refunds to reflect in your bank account, but this time period can vary by bank. However, it seems like a long time ago.

    If your refund was approved by Xbox and it's been more than a week, I recommend that you contact your bank directly and ask them if the problem is on their end. When Xbox approves a refund, it is automatically processed instantly, and the time it takes to arrive is usually because the bank takes a while to process the refund and sometimes issues can occur. Therefore, it would be good to clarify this directly with them."

    I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your refund request.

    This seems to be an ongoing issue and a lot of gamers were also complaining about the same refund problem recently. This also applies if you have used an Xbox gift card/Microsoft balance as a payment method.

    Usually, it will take 3 - 7 business days (excluding weekends and due to the ongoing refund delay) to have the refunded amount reflected on your payment method depending on your bank.

    If you haven't received your refund on the 7th day, you may contact your payment provider for a follow-up with your refund request.
