    Havent got points for purchases in months. Even though I am VIP

    I have spent a ton of money but havent got any rewards back

    From our FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
    Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated Decembers' MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. I have reviewed your payback from last month and confirmed it is accurate. Of your offer purchases, I confirmed that your purchase on the 4th successfully completed
    the "Present" portion of this month's offer. However, in order to receive Credits for A Rewards Story, you must complete all portions of the offer.

    The first purchase would have been the first purchase you made on xbox live... ever. Not the first purchase after joining the rewards program.
