Discus and support I haven't got my credits for downloading a free game and a survey in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; A couple of days ago I completed a survey and did an offer for downloading a free game and I haven't received my credits....     A couple of days ago I completed a survey and did an offer for downloading a free game and I haven't received my credits.

    Missing rebate

    Hi, I noticed that I never got the reward credits for my purchases last month. I got my mission credits, and the credits for the March survey. Today I see the credits for the April survey posted, so now I'm wondering why I haven't received my credits for
    my purchases last month.

    Missing rebates and Gold status

    Hi, I noticed that I not are GOLD , but i am gold. Never got the reward credits for my purchases last month. I got my mission credits, and the credits for the March survey. Today I see the credits for the April survey posted, so now I'm wondering why I haven't
    received my credits for my purchases last month. Also fix my gold status.

    It usually takes about 96 hours to receive credits for surveys, but there is a delay with this month's. As long as you show you've completed it, you will receive the credits

    There are no offers to receive credits just for downloading a free game. Which offer are you looking for credits from?

    As Smwutches says, there will be a slight delay in showing completion of this months survey. Apologies for the confusion. There is not currently an offer for just downloading a free game. The closest offer that matches your description would be the FREEdom
    Rewards offer, but in order to complete those offers, you must make purchases from free to play games, as indicated in our FAQ.

    For support to check into it, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum. Keep in mind that it takes about 96 hours for survey credits to show as pending and there are no offers to receive credits for downloading a free game.

    Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So you haven't earned enough for an automatic deposit yet. Since you do have over 1,000, you can request a deposit on the MyRewards section of the site
    and they will be deposited on the date listed on the site at the time that you make the request.
