Discus and support I haven’t got my COD points after redeeming a card in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have waited 24 hours. I’ve done the power cycle but one thing that confuses me is that on my order it says redeemed and not completed. I don’t know...     I have waited 24 hours. I’ve done the power cycle but one thing that confuses me is that on my order it says redeemed and not completed. I don’t know if that mean completed and if not how to complete it

    I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your Xbox gift card Call of Duty in-game points. No worries, let me help you sort this out.

    If you can see the status as "Redeemed" on your gift card under Order History it means that the codes were successfully redeemed on your account. Kindly try to remove, power cycle your console, and re-add your account:

    Here's how to remove your account:

    1.Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
    2.Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.
    3.Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

    Then restart your console and proceed with re-adding your account. You've got nothing to worry as this will not delete your saved data progress. Check if the digital currency will show up in-game.

    If your code says "redeemed" but you haven’t received the COD points, here’s what you can try:

    First, check your redemption history here: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders; make sure the code shows as completed under your correct account.

    Launch the game while signed into the same Microsoft/Xbox account you used to redeem the code.

    Make sure the game is fully updated and installed before expecting the COD points to show. Sometimes the points won’t sync if the game wasn’t installed when redeemed.

    If you're playing on Xbox and it still doesn't show up, check your linked Activision account here: https://www.activision.com/. The points may be tied to the account that’s linked there.
