I haven't got gears of war 1,2 or 3 from promotion

Hello there I bought the promotional package with was the limited edition Xbox one with gears of war 4 and the digital downloads of gears of war 1,2 and 3 and some other content for gears of war 4 I received the code for the content for gears of war 4 but
haven't received anything else.

I have purchased gears of war 4 on Xbox one S.

I haven't received the codes for gears of war 1,2 and 3 and gears of war judgement.

Can anyone help with this please ?
