    I need support because I have renoveted my gold suscription like one or two times, and I didn't got none credit about it, also today I answered the survey and still I haven't getten my credits, help me please, I need the credits now

    Tekken 7 digital deluxe pre-order

    I pre-ordered my digital deluxe version of Tekken 7 about a month ago. My question is why haven't I received the 15,000 rewards credits shown in Xbox Live rewards for that title pre-order?

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    It takes about 96 hours for credits to show as pending after completing a survey. So it's too soon to see those credits pending.

    Xbox Live Problems

    I recently upgraded to gold but my rewards account wasn't recognizing it. So I haven't received points or credit for anything I've been doing for about a week. So, I contacted Xbox Live Rewards and they said there is a problem with my live account itself
    that needs fixed first before they can fix my rewards. They did not know what nor say anything else besides that.

    If you preordered digitally on or after October 1, the purchase would have counted towards your Games on Demand punch card and you would need to make 2 other eligible purchases in order to complete that offer and receive credits. There have not been any
    offers just for that game.
