I haven't been awarded my 50,000 credits for the MS Store XB One S Offer

I purchased an Xbox One S with a free game on November 25th that was valid for the Microsoft Store Xbox One S Offer via the Rewards page. It says I should receive 50,000 XBL credits for this offer within 15 days of the ship date. It shipped on the same
day I purchased it so it's now been 19 days and I haven't seen the rewards come in yet. I'm just checking to see if there's anything else I would need to do before receiving these rewards. I had called the MS Store support when ordering and they said this
purchase was eligible for the rewards.

I purchased a new Xbox One S through the online MS store, but I haven't seen the 50,000 Rewards Credit applied to my account, or sitting in the Pending bucket. Please let me know what information you need to do in order to claim the offer.

You didn't convert my 50,000 Rewards credits into my local currency on December 15, 2016!!!

2016/11/27 - Purchased Xbox One S promising 50,000 Credits

2016/12/06 - Microsoft Store Xbox One S Offer - 50,000 Credits deposited

2016/12/15 - 50,000 Credits were supposed to be deposited into my local currency into my Microsoft account, but they weren't.

HELP! Please deposit my money.

The Credits are currently pending in your account. This can be reviewed from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Since they were placed there on the sixth, they will be included in your end of month deposit.

of 30,000 Credits.

There was an offer from September 22nd to October 16th of that year, but that awarded 50,000 Credits. If your purchase was in November/December, it would not have been eligible for this offer.
