    I haven’t been able to update my profile picture.


    Ive been trying to upload a custom profile picture from the xbox app and it has been saying “Sorry not able to upload that right now, try again in a little while, it has now been 5 hours and it still wont let me. Any ideas?

    I don't know if the system is compromised due to the situations in which we find it, but check the image format and if it is allowed by the standards.

    Due to services being tested, to make sure they can manage xbox live staying up, they had to stop anyone uploading gamerpics atm as they need to get approved by xbox staff, which has currently been temporary closed due to Covid-19 please follow xbox on
    twitter for updates on when this feature will be avaliable again
