I haven't be given my points for preordering Gears of War 4

I had preorder gears of war ultimate long before it came out and started playing it at midnight the night of realease, and my two friends has just receive there gears of war 4 beta codes and I haven't as yet

I've already preordered gears of war uleinate edition and still haven't received my gears of war 2,3,4 codes and I've talked with several Xbox representatives please help!!!!

I contacted NVidia twice already and have told me to contact Microsoft to check and see if it was successfully redeemed I think my main issue is that I had gears of war 4 preordered on my Xbox when i redeemed the Nivida code and cancelled my preorder on
gears of war 4 to ensure i wouldn't get charged for it

In addition, as your account was a child account at the time of the promotion there would be no way to get them at this point. Sorry

However if you preorder Gears 4 you can get all the backwards comapt games from that preorder bonus.

I just preordered Gears of War 4: Ultimate Edition, And saw I would get the whole gears of war collection, How come? can anyone help me out please, cause one of the main reasons I preordered it was because of getting the older games aswell!
