    I haven’t be able to access the madden 24 50% at all neither via Xbox store or madden 23...


    Why am I not able to gain access to the madden 24 50% off. It has showed up in the store for me as full price and even when I load up madden 23 it shows up in the right side of the menu as 50% off but once I click on it the price is full price. Any ideas what else to do

    Why haven’t I gotten my money back from a refund?

    I refunded madden 23 on 12/20/22 it said it’s approved but haven’t gotten my money back it also says for black ops 2 it’s approved

    My game keeps crashing in the of games for Madden 24. How to fix this problem?

    I have tried every trouble shooting problem on the internet it did this in madden 23 I stop playing the game now I pre-order madden 24 and same problem. Contact EA no results it's a shame I payed 100 dollars for a game I can't enjoy.

    my save file disappeared....

    No .... Just my Madden game... I had 2 SAVES on 3/24/23 one was AUTO and one was Manual that disappeared .... When i now go to SAVED Franchise file it goes back to 3/11/23 as last save...
