I have yet to receive my pre-order code for Sea of Thieves

I have not received my pre-order code for Sea of Thieves yet. I purchased the game in February (1FEB2018) while the promotion was still in effect which to my understanding entitles me to the pre-order bonus. I understand there has been some difficulties
sending codes out in a timely manner but would like this issue resolved as soon as possible.

Before you ask, I have already checked my messages and email multiple times and still have no code and there are no pre-order items available to me in game.

Hello I pre-ordered on 28.2 Sea of Thieves, but unfortunately I did not receive a code for the pre-orderer DLC yet.

Missing Black dog code from Xbox messages

hello I am missing my black dog dlc code. I have Pre-purchased sea of thieves on January 28th from the Microsoft store. I have yet to receive my pre-order dlc code from Xbox messages. I was wondering if there is an update to the codes being sent out? Thank
you support! Also I apologize for any inconvenience I may have caused.

Customers who pre-ordered Sea of Thieves but have not yet received a code for the Black Dog pack should expect a code for that pack 7-10 days from the launch of Sea of Thieves.

I had the game but not the outfit.

Ah, yes. Thanks for that info Wiwax. Customers who pre-ordered Sea of Thieves and have not yet received the Black Dog pack should now receive a code for it sent to their Xbox Live message center within 7-10 days of the launch of Sea of Thieves.

If you preordered digitally through Xbox, you won't receive a code. You would already be able to download it. It would either show up in your ready to install area or you'll need to search for it in the store.

If you preordered it from a retailer, you'll need to contact the retailer you purchased it from for assistance.

I pre ordered online and I installed the pre order Sea of Thieves AND the pre ordered Sea of Thieves Closed beta. I have two Sea of Thieves in my Games folder now on Xbox One...and neither of them will let me in to the closed beta which started at 4am PST.
So I assumed you needed a code, which I don't have.
