I have yet to receive my codes from Gears of War Ultimate Edition

Hello, I have yet to receive the codes for Gears of War 1, 2, 3 and Judgement. I played Gears of War Ultimate Edition for the first time on Sept. 5, 2015, at least that's according to the first achievement I unlocked. After talking to an Xbox support representative
via Online Chat, they sent me a link to this forum and told me to post my concern here. I personally don't remember receiving any code at all, for any of the games and after looking in my messages, I didn't see any message from Xbox providing me with any code.
I'd appreciate any help you could give me in getting this issue resolved. Thank you.

Gears of War 4 Beta Code

I have purchased and played Gears of War: Ultimate Edition but have yet to receive my beta code. I purchased Gears of War: Ultimate Edition the day it released on Xbox One, which was August 25th, 2015. I even pre-ordered the game as well. As a huge fan of
Gears, this is really upsetting that I have yet to receive the code.

Hi there!

The codes would have been sent to you via Xbox Live Message, however messages expire after 30 days.

I believe the Xbox Forum Support team may be able to retrieve some messages, however this is from nearly 12 months ago so I am not sure if this is possible.

They should reply here in the next couple of working days.

Just to clarify, did you not receive the code for the Gears of War 4 beta or for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition? If you did not receive a code for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition in the bundle box, you will need to reach out to the original purchase retailer
for further assistance. If you are referring to the Gears of War beta, those codes have not been sent out yet. Thanks in advance!

Just one last question: I did not get the games codes xbox 360 gears of war 1 2 3 and judgment because I did not play before 26 Decembers on gears of war ultimate edition... But I received the code gears ultimate edition only January 6
