    I have yet to receive my 15,000 rewards credits after almost 2 months.


    Throughout the past 2 months, I have tried my best to be patient in getting my 15,000 rewards points after pre-ordering the FIFA 17 Deluxe Edition on September 18th, and seeing it being shipped on September 26th. At this point, I just really want to get
    those points. Please help!

    Haven’t received myvip credits

    I redeemed some of my vip gems for Microsoft credits at the beginning of the month. I still haven’t received them yet. I had did 2 transactions for a total of 15,000 credits. When should i expect to receive them

    Pre-order reward points

    There are no offers to receive credits just for preordering that game. If you preordered it on or after October 1, it would count as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible preorders to complete the offer and receive
    the 15,000 credits.

    There were no offers to receive 15,000 credits just for purchasing those games digitally. There was an offer to receive 15,000 credits if you preordered them as physical discs from microsoftstore.com

    The Rewards program is running an offer to receive 15,000 credits if you preorder a game from microsoftstore.com. So you would receive 15,000 credits instead of the $10 gift card from microsoftstore.com.
