I have Xbox Xbox live subscription how do I cancel it because it won’t let me add more on.

It keeps on saying that I already own Xbox live gold already for the 3 months subscription but I still can’t get online on any of my games and also it still won’t let me put any codes in as well.However my subscription said that it’s cancelled for the Xbox live gold but I never cancelled that ever.

I’m having the same issue. Told me to connect to Xbox live but it won’t connect. I am connected to the internet because the other apps work. Can’t contact Xbox because their virtual assistant is a nightmare and freezes up.

So I tried to remove my account and re add it, but now it won’t even let me add an account back to the Xbox. Now I can’t use any apps. Basically stuck.

I already did all the steps, it tells me that my subscription will end on 02/05/2017 (this is my exact expiration date), but the additional Xbox Live membership (which charged me the system on 04/22/2017) I do not know if It has been canceled.
