i have xbox ultimate for my xbox but cant play the games on my pc

Hey guys, cant seem to find a thread with the question i have. I Have the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and i play games on both my PC and Xbox. For example, I started playing The Outer Worlds, which i installed on both my PC and Xbox. However, I cant accses my
saved game from the PC on my Xbox so id have to start a whole new game.

Question:

Is there a way to access my saved game data from my PC and download, play it and have it sync across both platforms?

James, the Game Pass Ultimate subscription you are referring to was purchased on your account or are you sharing it from another account on the console? Exactly what is the error you get when trying to download or use Game Pass games on your PC?

When you go with your account to the link https://account.microsoft.com/services which subscription is specifically indicated there and in what status?

Reset the "Xbox App" apps as well as the "Microsoft Store" from the Windows Settings menu > Apps & features > app name > Advanced options > Reset.

Then restart your PC and make sure you're signed in to both the Xbox App and the Microsoft Store with the same account on which the active subscription is displayed.

Are you logging in on your father's account, or your own account? Because my fiance wanted to play the Halo: MCC on the PC one time, but she had to be signed into my Xbox account in order to be able to play it because my account is Game Pass Ultimate. Otherwise,
you have to have your own Game Pass Ultimate subscription.
