    I have Xbox ultimate, and when the purpose is to get six of the characters from overwatch....


    So there is a perks to get all six characters of overwatch. I get the code in redeem the characters. However, I never received the characters. I have a screenshot of the code, and it said it’s already redeemed, even though I redeemed it, and never received the characters.
