I'm sorry you are experiencing any trouble right now. No worries, I'm here to help you.

In order to fix this, we will perform some basic troubleshooting steps. Please remove your Microsoft account from your console > restart your console > re-add your Microsoft account > then check to see if it works here's how to remove your account:

1.Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

2.Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3.Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

> then restart your console and proceed with the next steps. You've got nothing to worry as this will not delete your saved data progress.

Once it's done, please try to reinstall the game again to see if it works.

If the issue still persists, we will proceed with the factory reset keep my games and apps.

Before we proceed with your Factory reset I just want to inform you that you will only choose Reset and keep my games and apps to make sure your saved data won't be deleted permanently and also all of the accounts that are set as home Xbox will be removed and all signed in accounts will be signed out from the console.

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options:

Please select Reset and keep my games & apps. Use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It resets the OS and deletes all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.

Then please try to install the game again.

I have tried both these methods but still game stuck and don't installing 😐😑

GTA V will have 2 discs on 360 (dvd).You install both, you play with one...

GTA V will have 1 disc (blu ray) on PS3. You install it, you play with it.

And you call that innovation ?

The only thing I probably won't like about GTA V is calling the online portion of it "Grand Theft Auto Online". Feels a bit retro.
