Discus and support I have Xbox live gold. But when I try to play online it's says join Xbox live ??? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; my Xbox live runs out next on 09-02-2019 but when I try to play online it says join Xbox live?? .     so today i brought a 3 prepaid xbox live gold and i successfully entered the code but i when try to play online its says "join xbox live " but when i check my Microsoft account its says i have gold ??? Help plz

    I bought Xbox live Gold from the Xbox store and it says I have it but when I try to play online or join/start a party it asks me to buy gold again!

    Where are you seeing this info displayed? Are you referring to when you select the "Gold" window from your Xbox One Home Dashboard and then are taken to the Xbox Live Gold page with Games with Gold and Deals with Gold? Are you seeing your subscription info
    displayed accurately up on the top of that screen?

    Also, what happens when you try to claim a Games with Gold game or play online multiplayer over Xbox Live?
