    I have Xbox live gold but when I try playing online it won’t let me and tells me my account doesn’t have it but when I check my subscription for Xbox live gold ends on the 22/02/2019

    I have gold but it won’t let me play online

    I have gold but it won’t let me play online and I have tried everything I restarted my console and and tried the connection thing. I even removed my account and restarted the console then re uploaded my account. I don’t get it I pay for the product why can’t
    I use it. They charged my card already but I still can’t use my membership.

    I have gold but it won’t let me play online

    Me 4! Need an answer on this please Microsoft, this is clearly not an isolated issue. I renewed subscription yesterday and all seemed ok initial but after turning off the console the staring it back up later I have found I cannot play online multi-player.
    For example Pvz2 says 'You or a member of your group does not have the correct permissions to access online features'.
