I have Xbox GamePass Ultimate, but Xbox App on PC only recognizes the standard GamePass

Like the title says, I pay for the Xbox GamePass Ultimate subscription that I do use on my Xbox One X. I've recently built a PC to replace said Xbox and I am logged into the same Microsoft account on both, but my PC isn't recognizing that I have GamePass
Ultimate. Any ideas?

Ultimate is just a bundled subscription of Gold, Game Pass for console, and Game Pass for PC. It doesn't change what games are available on Game Pass. Doom Eternal is available with Game Pass for PC.

That sounds great and makes sense. I guess the issue I am having is beyond that then, the true issue is I expected to be able to play Doom Eternal, but it doesn’t appear when I search for it. I assumed it may just be for GamePass Ultimate.

gamepass on PC is just that gamepass, there is no ultimate on pc, if you have ultimate on xbox then you get gamepass on pc.

Could just be you are confusing xbox gamepass and gamepass ultimate.

Xbox Gamepass is xbox only, gamepass ultimate is xbox and pc.

Yes! The gamepass app recognizes my gamepass ultimate subscription. It's a gamepass app bug.
