For the past couple of days I have been trying to get in contact with support and the experience has been extremely tedious. Trying to set up a call for support has been impossible because when I put my number in an error appears telling me to try again later (This has been happening for 3 days).

Every live chat I've been in has been with someone that doesn't have the correct tools to fix the problem so they just keep repeating the same fixes that are on the forums that do not work for me. The Microsoft support Twitter is very similar as when I tell them about the authentication error with my account and they need to fix it because I can't they take so long to respond that the person running the account changes so they have no context of the past conversation and end up telling me what the last person did. There is probably nothing I can do to get around the awkward support service but if there is please let me know.
