    My name is welcome to the community.

    Hello k��, by definition the consoles accept IPV6 but you cannot change it.

    Try to check the settings on your modem/router and disabling Ipv6 to force the console to connect over IPV4.

    It is an Xbox one. We do have Live. He got a controller to play on his phone and i cant figure out how to play games without being conected to the actual xbox.

    Hi daniel, i did all the alternatives that you provide and any of them works, now i cant even download the profile because now it sais that it cant even connect to the xbox live server even though that it sais that they work properly , i have a good conection to internet the wires are working just fine but even without a profile the internet conection always fails when triying to reach the xbox live servers, i dont know what else to do.

    so i hope you know a solution to this issue

    no i cant get online in general i cant even get to the XBL Marketplace, i bought a 3 month gold membership in da shop but cant get online to activate it, when i try testing the conection it goes to network but thats it it cant conect to the internet
