I have windows 8.1. my games are not loading when I try to open the icon

Windows 8.1 HP Laptop. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this game over 10 times and the same thing keeps happening!!!! When I try to load the game, the window opens but crashes immediately. The game will not display.

Running Windows 8.1 RT on a MS Surface. Taptiles has been in & out for a few weeks now. Sometimes it's just slow to load, other times I have to try repeatedly, recently it won't load at all, even if I shut down & restart my tablet.

Generally when I click the Taptiles icon, I get the splash screen & the spinning cursor to indicate it's loading. It will blip out & send me back to the games icon screen. Try again, same thing. This could be repeated until I get frustrated & give up, or
sometimes I get an error telling me that it can't sign me in to xbox, go to xbox.com & sign in & retry loading. When I do that, it still won't load.

Strikes me as being a problem w/connecting to the server, but I'm not a techie; just some *** who's addicted to Taptiles

And I tried to open "My Captures" after pressing *Windows* + *G* to open the Game Bar. The mouse icon turned to a loading wheel…….. I never saw any File explorer window popout or anything.

I have been having problems w/the Microsoft Mahjong game. The game won't load so I can't play the game. I looked for

updated and there was none. I have windows 8 .I did try to download windows 8.1,there was too many problems causing

virus and bugs. I went to the office store and was told because it's a free download 8.1 there are going to be problems.

They said I should buy the full version for $299.00.Need help w/Mahjong game still not loading.

I have had Windows 8.1 for some time, but today Solitaire just won't open. When will this be fixed?
