I have went through 2 brand new series s because of this problem I have bad screen...

I haven't tried it with another TV yet but definitely will so I have factory reset the Xbox I have changed the display resolution uninstall the games multiple times I use my PS5 on same TV and it works great I thought maybe the 4k settings was causing it so I lowered it to 1440p and still does it and the console is brand new I'm running out of ideas but I think my chances are pretty slim to get 2 defective console any ideas will be really appreciated thanks

Hello Jay, would be great if you test your console with a different TV when you’re able to do it.

Meanwhile, if your TV has the 120Hz, VRR, Dolby Vision or other similar features, try disabling each one on the Xbox and TV, then verify if the inconvenience persists.

Lastly, make sure your console and TV firmware are up-to-date.

i have the same problem but i think it is the Xbox not the controllers because i got 2 brand new controllers a nothing has changed. is this happening on a Xbox 1 s?
