My name is on xbox live. I am a gold member for the last 6 years. I have recently taken advantage of being a preview member and since then regret doing that every day, and here is why.

Recently I have made Three different purchases Two of them during the event of preorder on Microsofts website or Preordering digital.

Game one in question was Digital Forza Horizon 3 Collectors edition 99.99 plus tax

Game Two in question was Digital Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition 99.99 plus tax

My quick math is 200.00 which on a side note in question is why I did not move up in tier for meeting criteria of games purchased. I should be a 3 star vip member by now with the money spent through this year and always stays around 80.00 even with 200.00
in purchases. I do all my research before buying games so I know what is and is not applicable.

Plus I purchased a preorder from Microsoft store Super Dungeon Bros. for 19.99 and still waiting for my 15,000 rewards credits for any preordered game. I have receive credits before but have not since then.

Maybe This ticket will finally reach someone and this can get successfully acknowledged and completely.

Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP. During September, there was a special offer that made pre-orders eligible for MyVIP. Your purchase of Forza Horizon 3 was made during that offer, and was successfully applied to your MyVIP progress. Your purchase of
Gears of War was not made in September, so it did not award progress.

You mention that you feel that you should be a three star MyVIP member. However, even including your pre-orders (again, which are not eligible for MyVIP), you only have 431.13 in spending since September 2016. The spending requirement for rank 3 is $900. I
believe that you may need clarification on how our MyVIP works.

For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content off the Xbox Store. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your
eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP. Since our last MyVIP reset in September 2016, you have not spent at least $300 on eligible purchases, so you do not get payback
for your non-offer purchases.

I can confirm that it does not look like you were properly tracked for your MicrosoftStore.com purchase, and will adjust that offer for you. You should see the Credits appear as pending by the end of next week. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, we can not take any action on a user's Microsoft Account, so we would not be able to perform some kind of transaction work around. That option used to be available to us, but recent system changes have caused this kind of temporary solution

the Microsoft points earned via the rewards program, are deposited twice a month. So it will take some weeks time before they are deposited on the account.

They typically are. And actually with the rewards program the funds are automatically deposited into your account for use. So all you have to for is redeem your points form Microsoft Rewards and wait for them to be added. I forgot they went to direct
deposit.
