I have updated my billing but I cant deposit my xbox live reward !

I have in my live reward page this line "Your deposits aren’t going through! Please ensure the billing information listed in your Microsoft Commerce account is correct"

so I updated my billing and even add my Pay Pal account but still they show me the same message !

pleas fix it

xbox live rewards !!

i have problem to deposit my xbox live rewards "microsoft points"

i have 2250 microsoft points rewards but i cant deposit it on my account !!!!!

and the message says (Sorry, we are unable to deposit your Rewards Credits. To resolve this issue, please go to Microsoft Billing and make sure your account information (including country, region
and billing address) is correct. If you're still experiencing problems, make a post in our Support Forum.) !!!

and i update my microsoft billing but not resolve !,,,please help me as soon as possible !

Xbox Rewards Credits not depositing

I have nearly 20000 Rewards Credits pending deposit but my Rewards page is telling me my billing information needs updating. After checking billing everything seems fine but I still can't get my credits to deposit. I need some assistance.

Hi Sohaib. The Rewards program is not available in the country that your Xbox Live account is set in. To receive your pending Credits, you'd need to change your Xbox Live locale back to the USA. We will not be able to deposit to your other account.

Hello my Microsoft points are not deposited to my account tells me that I must update and verify my billing address. Check it and it's okay. My rewards account and Xbox live are from the same region I do not understand what the problem is.

My account has always been verified I have the emails that unfolds. This changes just when I got the 5000 points and the automatic deposit

Well I called said IM throwing all my xbox in the trash and going to get a PS4 and I cant believe I cant get my rewards and why cant I get it in a gift card or something.

I wasn't nice to say the least and my account still say it needs a update but the next day I got like $97 deposited to my M$ account

I was looking at my account and noticed this "transaction."

So it looks like it was put on my account breifly then removed? This probably happened because there was a billing hiccup with my card, but as it shows in my account history, my payment did go through. However, the rewards point were never given back to
me.

Deposits from the Xbox LIVE Rewards program occurs around the 15th and 30th of each month. Deposits from the Program are in batches of 100 Points or more. Rewards Points deposits are labeled as Points Added or Rewards. The Microsoft Billing site will not
list out the specific Rewards opportunity that has been deposited. From there, the total amount of Rewards Points deposited should add up with the amount of awarded Rewards Points listed on the Xbox LIVE Rewards site. This is from the rewards rep. Here is
