I have undeposited credits sitting in my account for 2 months.

I have account points that have been in there from 4/30/18, and 5/31/18, but they are not dropping into my account. It also will not allow the manual request to drop the credits in my account.

Rewards not depositing

Hello I've had this issue for a few weeks and it's driving me crazy my rewards will not deposit. I used my vip gems to get 10k credits last month. I have had 14k credits sitting in my account for a few weeks now. The 30th of last month and the 15th of this
month has passed and still no deposit and there's no option for a manual Deposit.

 

Simply Rewarding points have not been put in my account.

From the FAQ for the Simply Rewarding offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed the offer, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

Note that pending and deposited are two different Credit types. Pending Credits are undeposited, and are awaiting action to move to the deposited state. Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits
pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. Therefore, your deposit will not occur until the end of the month.

 

I don't mean to reply on this persons stats but I need help on reclaiming my rewards points I have 241 points and I haven't touched them ever since I started doing this and the dead line is coming up next week I need to claim them now un order for myself
to get a XboxOne S slim (BLCK) and I need to do it before the dead line is here so can you guys try to help me claim them now for me or can you just leave them be until they are build up I need your guy's help on the so please can you guys help me out.

As was stated in the FAQ, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount was beneath this amount, it had not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once
you are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page. Since your deposit has now been automatically scheduled since you hit 5000 pending Credits, there is no longer a need to request a deposit manually, so that option has
been removed. Once Credits are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency
and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.
