I had 5 unauthorized transactions in one day from my Xbox Live! I had to call my bank to dispute the transactions, cancel my credit card and have a new one sent to me. I deleted my card information on my account as well. 5 transactions and all at the time
when I was in a meeting and my children were in school!! So hard to get hold of anyone to help with this matter at Microsoft!!!

Thanks for this. The support folks were able to add a credit card to my account. However, it is still not able to process transactions; all attempts are unauthorized. Had you encountered this problem and did adding cards on the Microsoft site fix it?

Rajesh I belive we all did the advanced replacement where they put a hold on your credit card. That's the concern. We have a pending transaction but we are not receiving a straight answer from Microsoft. Everyone's orders are just sitting in limbo. This
advacacy team doesn't make contact. We call back and the process is started over again. Call back in four days is what we keep getting.

I had a similar transaction on my credit card, the bank requested I first confirm with Microsoft as they do not deem merchant transactions as fraudulent.

Microsoft first needs to confirm that the transaction is not related to my subscription.

So.. how can I get this proof from Microsoft?
