I HAVE ULTIMATE GAME PASS BUT TELLING ME I DONT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today my son can't play GAME PASS even though I have an active ULTIMATE membership SHOWING as active Mine Crft and Sea of thieves says need a subscription WHICH I DO AND ITS SHOWING TILL MARCH 14 2023.

I have tried resetting, hard reset EVERYTHING..................................PLs HELP!!!!

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Seems like you have performed all the necessary steps. First, make sure that you're signed in under the correct account where the subscription is active and it's Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Account > Subscriptions.

Once confirmed, simply remove and re-add your account.

"REMOVE ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

4. When you're finished, select Close.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

ADD ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

3. Enter the Email address and the password.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console."

Im having the exact same issue, i load up r6siege and when i try to load a quick or ranked match it takes me to a page to learn more about game pass ultimate, i already have game pass (for console).This time around i didnt purchase ultimate to try and save some dollars. Dont tell me i have to spend more money to upgrade to ultimate, i dont even use the rewards and such..

Same problem. I have GAME PASS ULTIMATE... But Xbox app on PC with me logged on dont see it. That i have this subsription.

Also, the website link tells me "Sorry, this offer is only available to paid PC Game Pass and Xbox Ultimate Game Pass Ultimate members. If you have purchased Game Pass in the last 7 days, please try again later."

Neither of those apply to me, I am a member of Ultimate on PC and have had my account for a long time.
