I have two xboxes. 2 accounts.

Account A owns most of the games. I use account B. On xbox 1 I am able to use account A’s subscriptions and games because of the My Home Xbox feature. On xbox 2 though, I cannot use account A’s games and subscriptions. I can only download the games on xbox 2, but I can’t use them. I want to be able to play on both xboxes using my own account while using account A’s games and such. Thanks for help.

You can only share on 1 console at a time. In order to use everything Account A has on both consoles, you would either need to use that account or it would need to be signed in on the non-Home console at the same time you're using it. Otherwise, you would need to purchase things on your account in order to play on any console.

When was the last time you had access to your original account? Did you receive an email that your account was completely closed or deleted?

I do have two accounts on the same Microsoft account. After being prompted to create a new Xbox account, I couldn’t log into the old one. Both accounts are still there, but I just can get into one. I think my Microsoft account reset or something, because my order history is also empty.

I only have 2 XBOX One consoles. The XBOX Live account is associated with my account which I use for parental controls on my two sons accounts. They each use their own separate account to play on their own XBOX One console.

- 2 XBOX One consoles

- my admin account with XBOX Live subscription

- my two sons have their own accounts they use to play on each of their XBOX One Consoles.
