When was the last time you had access to your original account? Did you receive an email that your account was completely closed or deleted?

I do have two accounts on the same Microsoft account. After being prompted to create a new Xbox account, I couldn’t log into the old one. Both accounts are still there, but I just can get into one. I think my Microsoft account reset or something, because my order history is also empty.

You can only share on 1 console at a time. In order to use everything Account A has on both consoles, you would either need to use that account or it would need to be signed in on the non-Home console at the same time you're using it. Otherwise, you would need to purchase things on your account in order to play on any console.

You would have to use a different email, but you can use the same card.
