    Hello!

    I have two different xbox accounts tied to the same email. I am aware that this shouldn't be possible, but for whatever reason, I definitely have two Gamertags both tied to the same email. I just want the one account now, but there is no way to delete xbox
    accounts or switch them to other Microsoft accounts, at least from what I can tell. None of the options provided by the support bots are helping, and I can find any phone number to call that doesn't just tell me to go to a support bot.

    Please let me know if there is anything I can do, or if this issue is just unsolvable.

    I do agree with WPAK, and after further consultation and research we recommend that you speak with our live support. Due to the complexity of the issue, it’s best to work with them as they have the necessary tools to further diagnose the issue and provide you with a timely resolution.
