    I have two Xbox accounts linked to the same email


    I have two accounts linked to the same email, one I don't use and I have nothing on there, and the other one I have more than $200 dollars. I can't get into the Xbox app and other games apps because it automatically signs me into the account I don't use. I would like to delete the account I don't use so I can sign into apps with the account I actually use.

    It isn't possible to have 2 accounts on the same email. The emails might be similar, probably the same address with different suffix (outlook and Gmail etc) but it isn't the same. Kindly try to recover the other account address and log into it

    I'm afraid only way to recover an Xbox account is via the account recovery form here https://account.live.com/password/reset

    You can try all the emails you remember or if you had a phone number attached to the account, you can use that too.

    I do agree with WPAK, and after further consultation and research we recommend that you speak with our live support. Due to the complexity of the issue, it’s best to work with them as they have the necessary tools to further diagnose the issue and provide you with a timely resolution.
