I have two problems that are very Urgent

Dear,Xbox Live and Xbox One Support, I have Two very Important Problems that I believe can only be resolved by Xbox live and Microsoft staff

My First Problem is that my primary account I’ve been using and have spent countless amounts of money on I am unable to access because I have forgot my password and the 2-step verification is registered to my no longer used phone number...is there any way
I can change the

My second problem is that I have just recently moved and someone has stole My copy of Call of Duty: Infinite warfare and my copy of Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, on the gamertag Saint Krumpis(the account I can not access)there are game captures that prove my
ownership of the games...is there anyway if I give the proper proof that I can download an online version because the discs have been stolen...please do your best to accommodate me and help me resolve my situation,I’m honestly in tears because ive lost so
many accounts in the past due to security flaws...ECT

Disc reader problem - Making noises and not working

Dear Microsoft,

I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the product. I had problems with the console in less than two months, and two different problems. The first problem was this: Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.
(issues with the range of the wireless controllers.) reported through this same forum.

Now I'm having trouble with my disc reader. It just started to show a very high noises and now it does not read any disc. Very dissatisfied with product quality. I believed in Microsoft but the competition company seems now better. I'm sad, I have only had
disorder till I bought it. I have paid R$ 2,400.00 for my device that looks like a scrap for the problems it is presenting. I await an urgent response from the company.

Please, I´m almost giving up...
