I have two issues about xbox live rewards

So my most important issue is that the email associated with my account isn't my email. it was an email used by my friends father a long time ago. I'm no longer in contact with them. when I redeemed my rewards points for a 25$ gift card it was sent to the
primary email. I'm wondering if its possible to resend the gift card code but through my associated email. not the email associated with my account. basically a transfer.

the second one is the destiny 2 punch card 20k rewards survery.

1. buy the digital expansion for destiny 2

2. buy the digital version of any destiny 2 game

3. complete the survey.

I have done all three and yet the game and expansion does not work. I have the game and I bought it when it first came out. yet I don't have my points...

The Xbox Live Rewards offer ended on the 15th. I believe you are talking about the Microsoft Rewards offer. This forum is only for Xbox Live Rewards program issues.

You are not a Xbox Live Rewards member. If you are asking about a different program, such as Microsoft Rewards, you would have to contact their team for assistance. This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues only.

 

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer suppprt via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards Program is not the same.
