I have two gamertags connected to one e-mail account

Sorry to hear you are running into this problem. Just to clarify, you are not going to be able to create two different Xbox accounts with a single Microsoft email. In this case if this is pulling up a different account it is because you are using the incorrect
email address.

finding your Microsoft account email address. This should walk you through helpful steps to attempt to recover the account. If this is still not working, You might be able to get assistance from
Xbox Customer Support, just go ahead and request a callback or to chat with an Xbox agent.

Probably the only way to figure this out would be to contact xbox support and give them the gamer tag that you are trying to get back into and if they can verify ownership of the account they can give you the email associated with that account.

If you do not know the gamer tag and are using a credit/debit card for the subscription they can look up all accounts that have that card on it and see if they can find the account you are looking for and then if they can verify ownership of the account
they can give you the email associated with the account.

It is not possible to have 2 gamertags associated to the same account. It is also not possible to transfer gamertags from one account to another. So the only possible explanation is that you have 2 different accounts with different email addresses used
to log in. To try to find the email address used to log in to the other account please use the Forgot email address for
Microsoft account solution.

Phone support can't change the password for you, all they can do is direct you to login.live.com to do a password reset yourself, like Mister Fitzer suggested.

If I'm understanding this correctly though, you have two accounts with the same WLID? If so, that's not supposed to happen and I would recommend attempting to change the WLID email for the account that it signs you in as. From there try to log into the
account you were unable to access due to the glitch and see if you can now access it. If you cannot change the WLID, you may need to have a case escalated through support, as it is not supposed to be possible to have two different accounts with the same WLID.

Contact Xbox phone support to help you reset the password. Once that is sorted, then try changing the WLID on that account again.
