    If you have problems with your Epic account, where two different profiles were created associated with the same email, you must report it to Epic support from this website, they will be able to help you in this situation since only they have control over Epic accounts.

    Please be informed that it's not possible to have two accounts in a single email address. You both are using the same Microsoft/Xbox account. Unfortunately, it's not possible to separate those two. An Xbox account or profile is a Microsoft account itself.

    It depends on the game that you want to play. Some games have multiplayer split screen where you can play on the same console but "most" games don't. It would be easier to just buy two separate consoles, but two Xbox Live Gold Profiles can be signed in at
    the same time on a single console.

    Hi there!

    To my knowledge you only have one gamer profile, so when you login on your XBox One, its the same profile as the one you were using on your 360, there arent two separate profiles between the two consoles.

    Two Xbox's in the same household

    You can share between two profiles, you have account A the primary account and account B the new account.

    On the first console you have account A, and on the second console add account A make this the home xbox

    Now add the second profile to that console and now the second account will have access to everything on the primary account to include the xbox gold membership. This way you can play on two separate accounts, even together in the same game.

    There is one additional issue and that is having two xbox's on the same network but there is a solution for that.
