    I have an xbox 360 a few days ago it let me play perfectly with my xbox live profile, one day I disconnected and asked me to download it again and when entering the data it was stuck on the screen to remember the password and the only way to be able to
    To connect is disconnecting and connecting the network cable to be able to start a session, at first I thought it could be a network error but my brother's other account that is stored in the xbox if it works correctly, then a friend tried to download his
    profile and The same error happened to me and I have seen in some places that say that this may be an error of the xbox live server but in the status of the page no error or alert appears.
    Also try to enter another console and the same thing happens I have to disconnect the network and connect it to let me log in, please help me because it is annoying to be downloading the profile every time I want to play.

    Here are a couple things you couls try.



    #1

    1. Go to any Xbox.com page (such as this one) and sign in to your Xbox Live account.
    2. Find and select My Account, which may be located in the upper-right corner under your gamertag or in the left navigation pane under Avatar.
    3. Under Safety, select Remove my profile from all Xbox 360 consoles.
    4. Under VISITED CONSOLES, select Require profile download.
    5. Return to the Xbox 360 console and download your profile.

    1. Sign in to your Xbox Live account at any Xbox.com page, such as this one.
    2. Find and select My Account, which may be located in the upper-right corner under your gamertag or in the left navigation pane under Avatar.
    3. Select Security, family & forums.
    4. Select Xbox 360 profile protection.
    5. Under "Consoles that do not require your password for sign-in," select Require Profile Download (the green button). This will clear your profile from any Xbox 360 consoles where it's currently saved.
    6. Return to the Xbox 360 console and download your profile.

    If it does not work, you can reset for a new password, if you don't remember your original password. To reset your password, you can click "Forgot your password?" and verify with your email address to recover and start a new password. Make sure you check
    your email to verify and start a new password.

    Hi,

    It looks like some the the components of your Xbox app is corrupted, that is why you can't remove the Xbox app that you downloaded. Here are instructions below on how to remove Xbox app:



        1. Type Windows Powershell in search box.



        2. Right click on Windows Powershell and select Run as administrator.



        3. Copy and paste the following command.

             get-appxpackage *Microsoft.XboxApp* | remove-appxpackage 



    4. Press Enter key.

    Don't forget to let us know how it turns out.
